While on our annual family vacation down south we were sitting outside one night, cocktails in hand, scrolling through social media feeds and noticed a trend. Many friends of ours that share our love for all things sports were posting things like; “Anyone want to play a game of co-ed softball Saturday at 4? We are short a player.” Or “Does anyone know of a basketball league I could get into? I am new to the area and want to meet people.”
We knew right then and there that there was a need for a social media site just for sports lovers. After much discussion and brainstorming on the 12-hour ride home Got Game Hub was born. We knew it would take a lot of work but we were willing to sacrifice our time to help the everyday athlete reach other athletes with like interests and in their general location.
